What You Get
I will assume the role as your Chief Marketing Officer for a pre-agreed period. This can be either full-time (4 to 5 days a week) or part-time (1 to 3 days a week) for a mutually agreed upon time. Usually, my contracts with clients are three months to start and then are renewed for either three or six months, depending on their situation and my availability.
I am totally flexible how and when I deliver my services: they can be 100% virtual using a platform like Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, or partially on site at your office/plant and partially virtual. For example, we could do 50% virtual and 50% on site, or another combination. To be discussed.

Fees and Terms
KM’s Interim/Fractional CMO Program is customized to each client’s specific needs and budget. Our fees are also custom quoted. For a part-time arrangement, they start at $5,000/month + HST with a 3-month commitment period. Monthly payments are due in advance.
