The KM Second Opinion Executive Coaching Program is designed for senior executives who are looking for solutions and an unbiased, qualified, trusted resource to talk to before making an important decision. This resource would act as a sounding board (and Devil’s Advocate) during the discussion of their problems and proposed solutions.
As KM’s Second Opinion Coach, I can also contribute new ideas and alternative options for the CEO or CMO to consider. More importantly, I can help them prepare their implementation game plan for a major decision, especially how and when it should be communicated throughout the organization.

- A second 90-minute virtual meeting with me to discuss ideas, options, solutions and a game plan.
- Cell phone and email access to me during the engagement or for follow-up questions.
Fees and Terms
For a first engagement with the Scope of Work listed above, our fees would be $1,800 + HST.
The KM Second Opinion Executive Coaching Program can be expanded beyond the scope outlined above to include 1:1 meetings at a client’s office or plant location. Fees will change based on the revised scope. Please contact me for details.
